Driving Reports for Vehicle Tracking: How to Create and Use Them
Driving reports help you understand exactly how your vehicle is being used. You can see how far a vehicle has travelled, where it has driven, where it stopped, and how long it was parked.
These reports can be used to support SARS logbooks, making it easier to keep accurate records of business and private travel.
For businesses, driving reports are a practical tool to monitor driver efficiency. They help ensure vehicles are being used productively, reduce unnecessary mileage, and highlight opportunities to save on fuel and operating costs.
Reports can be automated and emailed to you on a schedule, so you receive the information you need without having to log in or manually generate reports.
All driving reports are included as part of our tracking subscription, at no extra cost.
Driving reports provide clarity, control, and peace of mind—whether you manage one vehicle or an entire fleet.
