Business / Private Drive

All trips between 8am and 5pm on weekdays are classified as business trips. 

All trips on weekends or outside of those hours are classified as private.

If you do a business trip outside of business hours or a private trip inside of business hours you will need to log this manually.

Follow the below steps to log a private / business trip.

Navigate to the vehicle of your choice and click the 3 dots (1)

The options menu will open, select "Route types" (2)

The route types window will open.

Select "Add"

Select "Type"

Proceed to choose if you want to mark a private or business drive.

Input the time of Business or Private drive.

Click save.

Once your different trip types have been added you can then pull a report - 

see report guide page.

Select report type "travel sheet business/private"

See below example.

Your report will include the type of trip as seen below.
