Contact The Tracking Co

Yes — we arrange an installer for hardwired devices across the Cape Town metro, at R450 to R800 per vehicle depending on travel and how many vehicles are at one site. After-hours and weekend fitting can be arranged. OBD Mini trackers are plug-and-play and need no installation at all. Elsewhere in South Africa we arrange an installer where one is available; it costs more and takes longer, because stock is held in Cape Town and has to ship first.

OBD Mini devices are live within minutes of plugging in. For a hardwired device, timing comes down to installer availability and where you are, so ask us when you request your quote. Once it is fitted, platform access is activated immediately — you'll be tracking the same day.

Yes, any time. You can order additional devices and add them to your account yourself — no waiting on us to action it. Each device runs on its own monthly or annual subscription, and bulk fleet pricing is available if you're adding 5 or more.

Just let us know — we ask for 30 days' notice. There are no contracts and no cancellation fees. Your subscription stops at the end of the notice period, and the hardware is yours to keep — move it to another provider or keep it as a spare.
